Booking Kevin for our wedding was one of the best decisions we ever made. Despite all the considerations of planning the day, the films that Kevin made for us are truly priceless. Kevin’s effortless documentary style and beautiful final edit have been a truly amazing gift. Capturing the first look of the father of the bride as she stood in her dress, the grandparents, the first dance, all of these precious moments have been captured forever. We’ve watched all of our films on a daily basis since our wedding in August. I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin to any couple getting married to capture the essence of their big day.

I don’t think I could recommend Kevin nearly as high as he deserves. He was simply great and Eric and I absolutely love the footage. Kevin professional, calm, yet funny, and incredibly adaptable. When the weather forced us with just a few hours notice to totally change around the timeline of our day, Kevin didn’t even bat an eye. Not particularly being a couple who loves being filmed, Kevin managed to capture all the moments in an unobtrusive manner. From the moment we first spoke with him to the wedding day itself Kevin was a pleasure to work with. And if all of that hadn’t been enough Kevin gave us a beautifully edited film thoughtfully on our one-month anniversary. We can’t stop watching it! And looking forward to watching it for decades to come. A genuine thank you from the both of us!

Booking Kevin to capture our day was the best wedding decision we made. I’ve always loved watching wedding videos & knew for a long time that Little Bear Films would be who we’d ask. We actually chose our wedding date around Kevin’s availability, booking Little Bear ahead of the venue, and we are so very grateful that we did.

The films Kevin created for us exceeded all our expectations. The care and detail that is so evident in the highly crafted editing and the beautiful shots is simply stunning. We have shared our films with friends and family who said how perfectly Kevin captured the day, many of whom did not even realize there was a videographer there on the day as he was so subtle. Kevin is a true professional, highly skilled and organized, yet so easy going and pleasant. It was always our dream to have our ceremony outside, though the venue were gently pushing back, we are forever grateful to Kevin for being on our side and standing up for what we wanted. He encouraged us to go ahead with the outdoor ceremony and it was beautiful.

On the day he blended in with the guests that we didn’t notice he was recording at all. We are truly amazed that one person could capture all that he did, the many angles and moments from our ceremony, including our guests, and capturing all the reactions just takes us right back to the day.

We were amazed how quickly he turned around the wedding films also, getting the trailer to us in just one week after our wedding day, during which has no doubt been an extremely busy wedding season. We received four different wedding films all of which are uniquely edited. We just love reliving the day and are so impressed with how Kevin wove all of the speeches together to tell a story, while capturing all the moments you miss as the bride and groom, such as guests arriving and mingling to all the prep shots of each party.

If you are reading this and are on the fence about booking a videographer, I truly urge you to just go ahead and book Little Bear. It is an investment that you will enjoy for years to come and one that will only get better with time. While weddings are no doubt expensive, this is one area where you really get value. It is a twelve-hour day for a videographer with an immense amount of time editing afterwards. The time and dedication speak for itself. This review has taken me so long to think about writing, I want to do justice to Kevin – five stars just aren’t enough! Kevin was definitely one of the best decisions we made – he was an absolute pleasure to work with from the first emails. He is so unobtrusive, and made everyone feel at ease, and most importantly, didn’t add to any chaos or stress the morning of. It was the first wedding from our house, so we were totally clueless – Kevin guided us all with the lightest touch and friendliest manner.

Finally, the finished product is just wonderful, we had the shorter video clip that was so easy to share with all of our guests (all have said it’s the best video they’ve ever seen!). Kevin captured every ounce of fun that was had, every special moment and conveyed it all in the video – what a gifted videographer. I can’t stress it enough, book Little Bear Films for your big day.

I’m so thrilled we decided to work with Kevin/Little Bear Films for our wedding. I was previously a bridesmaid in a wedding he filmed 5 years ago and ever since then knew he was the only person for the job! We partially based our date selection around Kevin’s availability it was that set in stone!

In terms of his finished product, we received our 1 minute preview within 10 days and it couldn’t be more perfect! So excited to see the additional films and relive the day further.

From a personality/professional perspective, Kevin is just a delight to work with. Initial email communication was super prompt, professional and clear. We then had a consultation call with him 2 weeks before the wedding and it was so helpful, just a few guidance points given from Kevin to help the flow of the day, and he’s such a lovely person that we really enjoyed the call, it didn’t feel like another wedding chore.

Then on the day, Kevin was such a joy to have around. He was always calm, full of positivity, really professional and a great presence. He and our photographer worked so well together and were really influential in certain aspects of the day – encouraging me to push for my preference of the outdoor ceremony, helping figure out what room I’d get dressed in when things went a bit awry, and identifying really unique locations for photos/videos. I truly believe he made the day what it was.
